TAMM Global will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering an integrated system of digital government services. It will own and operate specialized digital platforms and hold the associated intellectual property rights, allowing it to license the platform's architecture and implementation methodologies to international partners.
Ahmed Al Kuttab, chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE), stated that the TAMM platform has become essential for interactions between people, businesses, and the government since its inception in 2005. The launch of TAMM Global aims to leverage the capabilities proven effective and efficient in Abu Dhabi for governments seeking to improve their service delivery.
The existing TAMM platform in Abu Dhabi integrates over 1,200 public and private sector services through a single digital gateway. This integration reportedly saves users approximately nine visits to government service centers annually, equating to about 12 hours. Since the integration of AI, customer satisfaction has increased to 94.5 percent from 78 percent in 2022, and the cost of service provision has decreased by 30 percent.
As an independent private-sector company, TAMM Global will collaborate directly with governments, organizations, and institutions globally. This approach will enable foreign governments to adapt pre-built services and digital capabilities to their specific legal and regulatory frameworks, facilitating quicker deployment without the need to replicate the entire development process.
TAMM's international recognition has grown, with the platform being named the world's best e-government initiative at the UN-backed World Summit on the Information Society Prizes in 2025. This year, it also received the Government category award for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia at the Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards.
