In its initial phase, Najm will assist investors in locating industrial facilities and commercial real estate. This is facilitated through partnerships with property portals Bayut, Property Finder, and e-commerce platform Dubizzle, which will provide the AI agent with relevant data.

The development of Najm is intended to simplify the investment decision-making process by delivering crucial information to investors precisely when they need it. This initiative comes as Sharjah seeks to bolster its foreign direct investment figures amidst global geopolitical uncertainties.

Last year, Sharjah attracted Dh7.74 billion in foreign direct investment, marking an 8.8 percent annual increase. The number of FDI projects also saw a significant rise of 45 percent, reaching 142 developments.

Future phases of the Najm platform plan to expand its scope to include investment opportunities in the healthcare, education, and technology sectors, further broadening the range of available assets for global investors.
